Nomora is a travel and tourism platform focused on evenly distributing tourism across Indonesian cities. Our brand includes Nomora Nomad (campervan travel), Nomora Magazine (digital & future physical publication), Nomora Habitat (wellness programs), and Nomora App (planned travel companion app).

- Account & Identity: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, profile photo (if provided).
- Bookings & Payments (Nomad / Habitat): itinerary details, participant list, special requests, billing information, and transaction status. Card data is processed by our payment provider and not stored on Nomora servers.
- Communications: messages sent via email, website forms, WhatsApp, or social media DMs.
- Location & Device: IP address, approximate location, device type, and browser information for security and analytics.
- Magazine & Subscriptions: newsletter preferences, reading history (aggregated/anonymous when possible).
- Nomora App: trip plans, group photos/journal (optional), spending split details you enter, and offline map downloads. You control what you share with your group.
- Wellness Preferences (Habitat): session choices (e.g., yoga level). We avoid collecting health data; if you disclose any health-related information (e.g., injuries), we process it only with your consent and to provide requested services.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: for core functionality (e.g., session management) and optionally for analytics.
3. How We Use Personal Data
- Provide and improve our services (plan trips, manage bookings, publish content, and support users).
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Communicate with you about trips, updates, policy changes, or support requests.
- Personalize content, recommendations, and features (e.g., itinerary suggestions in Nomora App).

12. AI Features (Nomora App)
Planned AI features (e.g., itinerary suggestions or expense summaries) are designed to assist—not replace—your decisions. We aim to process data locally where possible and limit retention. You can choose what to share with your group and disable optional features.
13. WhatsApp & Messaging
If you message us on WhatsApp or similar platforms, your messages are also subject to that platform’s privacy terms. Please avoid sharing sensitive information over these channels. We keep necessary records of communications for support and compliance.
