By accessing or using Nomora’s services including Nomora Nomad, Nomora Magazine, Nomora Habitat, and the Nomora App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if younger) to use our services, especially for bookings and transactions.

• Use Nomora services lawfully and responsibly.
• Do not misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt our platforms.
• Content you share (stories, images, reviews) should be respectful and must not infringe others’ rights.
• When using Nomora App, ensure group-shared content respects privacy and is shared with consent.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment must be completed through authorized channels. We do not store card details on Nomora servers.
• Refund and cancellation policies are communicated per package; please review before confirming.
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate details (e.g., identification, health conditions, dietary needs).

Articles, indexes, and rankings published in Nomora Magazine represent editorial perspectives based on available methodology. Unauthorized reproduction of magazine content is prohibited without prior consent.

Wellness sessions (e.g., yoga) should be booked in advance. Nomora is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed health conditions. Always follow instructors’ guidance.

• AI suggestions are informational only; users remain responsible for final decisions.
• Group trip features (journals, expenses) rely on mutual consent and accuracy of inputs.
• Offline maps & guides may not always reflect real-time conditions.

• Respect local cultures, environments, and communities when traveling.
• No discriminatory, hateful, or illegal content in reviews or shared media.
• Support Nomora’s vision for sustainable and responsible tourism.

All trademarks, logos, and content related to Nomora remain our property or that of licensors. You may not use them without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomora shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these Terms & Guidelines periodically. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
